It is with great pleasure that we announce three significant changes coming this fall. 

The first change is that, after many years, our Prague office is moving to a new address. We have decided to move to Prague – Karlín, the most desirable location in Prague, undergoing constant development. Our clear choice was the A1 building in the Rohan City project. The developer of the project is Sekyra Group, and the architect is Ms. Eva Jiřičná. 

From November 20, 2024 we, along with nearly 200 of our Prague colleagues, will be happy to welcome you at our new headquarters under the name CLA Czech Republic at Rohanské nábřeží 721/39, 186 00 Prague – Karlín.

The second change is the merger of the VGD group and the ONE group. By joining forces with Audit One and Tax One, we will solidify our successful cooperation of recent years. By this joint action, we are expanding the quality, scope, and capacity of our services, particularly in the areas of auditing and tax consulting.

We look forward to the new challenges and opportunities this merger will bring!

The third change is that effective January 1, 2025, we will operate under the new name CLA Czech Republic.

As we have already informed you, the VGD group has been a part of the CLA Global network, a respected global leader, since July 1, 2023. In just three years, CLA Global has become the 12th largest network of independent companies in the world. Its ambition is to become a leading provider of complex advisory services for family businesses. CLA Global is focused on innovative approaches, including the use of artificial intelligence in practice and sustainability, showing that the future of consulting lies in modern and responsible solutions.

We continue to emphasize the personal approach you have come to appreciate, now supported by a global expertise. We eagerly anticipate a future filled with innovation and believe that you will share this journey with us.
